1. Unplug the router and BOTH Netgear devices for 2 minutes.

2. Plug in just the router and wait one minute.

3. Plug in Netgear device #1.

4. Plug in Netgear device #2.

5. Test.

Make sure the Netgear devices are plugged directly into the wall. No power strips or extension cords allowed.
